  • Residential Projects – Plans and site plans including driveway elevations & widths , nearest hydrant/water supply, location of propane tanks, and all setbacks/easements called out shall be submitted for review.  All homes built after January 1, 2011 are required to have a residential fire sprinkler system installed. The El Dorado County Building Department is the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for all residential sprinkler plan submittals, reviews and inspections. Once final payment has been received, the plans will be electronically approved in the El Dorado County TrakIt system.
