The Administrative Division provides overall planning, control, management and oversight of all fire district finances, activities and personnel as well as support staff for all divisions. This includes district budget, accounts payable and receivable, employee compensation and benefits, strategic planning, departmental communications, records management, policy development, special projects and general administration.
