There’s more to your Fire Sprinkler System than just a bunch of pipe!

An Automatic Fire Sprinkler System is a requirement of this Fire District when any new building or any new construction causes an existing building to reach or exceed 5,000 square feet, is two or more stories in height or reaches 35 feet in height or more.

The ordinance is called 89.1 of the Diamond Springs/El Dorado Fire Protection District.  This ordinance is there to protect you, your employees, your customers and the property you’ve worked so hard to gain.

If you take some easy steps to keep this system in working order it will continue to protect the things that mean so much to you!
