Business Office Location

The Cameron Park Fire Department Fire Prevention Bureau is collocated inside Fire Station 89 at 3200 County Club Drive.  Prevention staff is generally available to assist normal and routine business Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

The Fire Prevention Bureau can be contacted for questions and appointments at (530) 672-7336.  Battalion Chief Dave Wood can also be contacted by email at dave.wood@fire.ca.gov.

California Fire Code adoption.

Diamond Springs-El Dorado Fire Protection District has adopted the 2013 California Fire Code. Here is a copy of the SUMMARY of the 2013 Fire Code and ORDINANCE 2013.12.18

Building Permit

What do I need to do for a Building Permit?

All new or remodeling a commercial building plans shall met the 2010 Building Codes, California Fire codes and Cameron Park CSD Ordinance.

  • Submit two (2) sets of plans to the Fire Department. One set to be PDF format.
  • Fill out a Application for plan review
  • Review Fee Schedule for your project within the Cameron Park CSD
