APPENDIX  2 – LOAN OF ASSOCIATION PROPERTY TO NON-MEMBERS

 Any person requesting to borrow Association property must have an Association member borrow the property for them.  The Association member requesting to borrow the property is responsible for the property and its condition upon return.

 The only items that will be loaned are the bar-b-que, folding chairs and baseball equipment.  Baseball equipment will be loaned only if the responsible Association member is at the function with the baseball equipment. 

Loans to organizations such as, The Lions Club, 4-H etc., will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Any member borrowing property will complete and sign a property loan slip.  Property loan slips are located in the Association Property Loan Binder at Station 49.  The Sergeant at Arms should be notified if available. All loans will be on a first come, first served basis.
