VOTING AND MOTIONS

8.1              For procedures not covered by these policies or Association by-laws, "Robert’s Rules of Order" shall prevail.

8.2              If discussion on a motion exceeds 5 minutes, the President has the authority to table the motion and submit the question to the E-Board for recommended action.
