7.                  ATTENDANCE

7.1              An active member must attend at least 75% of the regular business meetings and 50% of Association work parties or project.  Participation in work parties/meetings shall be documented on an attendance sheet, which will be the responsibility of the secretary for regular meetings and the committee chairperson for other functions.  Attendance is defined as being present for the entire meeting or work party. Any member with excessive unexcused absences will be reviewed by the E-Board.  At the recommendation of the E-Board, a member may be placed on probation or dropped from the Association.  The E-Board is to review the attendance report annually during the October E- Board meeting.
