13.              Association Real Property

13.1          Member Use

Any use of, or parking/storage on, Association property is subject to the following:

13.1.1    Prior approval from the President or the E-Board.

13.1.2    Limited to two weeks (unless special approval by the E-Board).

13.1.3    Must be rented when used for personal (financial) gain.  Amount of rent will be based on use and type of Association property that is rented.  The amount of rental will be determined by the Real Property Management Committee.

13.2          Leased Property

13.2.1    The Real Property Management Committee, under the direction and approval of the E-Board, will manage leased property.  Expenditures greater than budgeted amount must be approved by the E-Board.
