The Diamond Springs/El Dorado Firefighters’ Association will hold its 37th Annual Country Bazaar on Labor Day, September 6, 2010. The layout of spaces will be the same as it was last year, with the main event taking place in the park area behind Fire Station 49. Spaces will be held for the previous years occupant until the open registration date of July 26, 2010. Please carefully read the information below, and we hope you will support us in our fundraising efforts. Spaces are 10’ x 20’ and cost $40.00 per space

Vendors must provide their own tables and clean all refuse from booth areas. Parking is separate unless you plan to include your vehicle within the confines of your space. Vendor parking locations are marked on the map. Please plan on being set up by 7 a.m.
ABSOLUTLY NO FOOD OR DRINK SALES!
THIS INCLUDES BOTTLED WATER AND CANNED SODAS. VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO
LEAVE WITH NO REFUND.
Food vendors assigned to special spaces are excluded from this rule.
If you would like to reserve a space for this year’s fundraiser, please complete the forms below and return along with your payment to the Diamond Springs/El Dorado Firefighters’ Association by mail, fax or email.
- The Space Request Form – Please list several space numbers you are interested in at the bottom of the form and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- The State Board of Equalization Form – Remember to include your sellers permit number and sign the form. If you have any questions regarding the state form you can call them at 1-800-400-7115.
Payments can be made by check, made out to “DSEDFFA” or credit card, using a Visa or Master card, by filling out the credit card form. No checks will be accepted after August 20, 2010. We will send you a space confirmation card to display on your booth the day of the event once all forms and payments have been received.
