OVERTIME

 

5.1  Definition

5.1.1 Overtime is payable time, before and after an employee's regularly scheduled hours and shall be paid at 1 1/2 times the employee's regular pay.

5.2  Overtime Distribution

5.2.1 Over time shall be distributed evenly as out lined in Standard Operating Procedure #407, Overtime Administration.

5.3  Record Keeping

5.3.1 Accurate records of overtime and extra shifts shall be kept in the district office.

5.3.2 Records of over time and extra shifts shall be accessible to employees during regular office hours.
