ARTICLE -1
All employees shall recognize that the management of the facility and the direction of the working force remain vested exclusively with the fire district. This shall include but shall not be limited to the right to hire, properly classify, demote, transfer, suspend, discipline, discharge for just cause, or layoff for lack of work only and/or lack of adequate funding; provided that the exercise of the foregoing shall not conflict with the provisions of the district stated policy.
