I. It shall be the policy of this district to conduct performance evaluations at least annually for all employees.
II. Permanent career employees shall be formally evaluated by their respective supervisors in January of each year.
III. Probationary career employees shall be formally evaluated by their respective supervisors every two months during their probationary period.
IV. Volunteer firefighters shall be evaluated by the officer in charge of training in January and/or February of each year (This is not expected to occur before January 1995).
V. Probationary volunteer firefighters shall be evaluated by the officer in charge of training at three and six months of service.
VI. Personnel evaluations shall be conducted in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure #406.
